A Nice WoW Druid Macro for Healing

WoW Macro for DruidsIf you play a healer druid, you probably have noticed that you have quite a few healing spells that should be part of your main bar. That won’t leave any room for your damaging spells, and even if you want to focus on healing, sometimes, especially in arena, it’s best to have a few damaging spells at hand. To save some bar slots, you can use the following WoW druid macro:

#show
/castsequence reset=6 Rejuvenation, Wild Growth, Lifebloom, Lifebloom, Lifebloom

This WoW druid macro will save 2 slots in your quick bar, where you can fit your Moonfire, Insect Swarm or Cyclone, which is a spell that you really must use in arena, no matter what spec you play. You can also add Regrowth to this WoW druid macro, but in that case you should increase the reset timer.

I want to make an aspect clear though, about this druid macro. As you can see, it’s a little bit restrictive. It may work nicely in a 2v2 arena match, but in a heroic or raid, in case multiple players in the group get hit, you’ll have to improvise and place at least 1 Rejuventation and/or Regrowth on a few players. In that case, it’s best to use the spells as they are.

So, for raids or heroics, if you want to use this WoW druid macro for healing, it’s best to bind it on a key separate from your main 1-6 line of spells, on X or Z. If the DPS players are skilled and don’t take too much damage, this macro is ideal to heal the main tank.

Anyway, either if you use this WoW druid macro or not, I want to underline that to be a good healer, that alternates DPS and healing spells and attacks, changing forms properly, you need a really balanced keybinding. For that, I strongly recommend this WoW macros and keybindings addon.

WoW Macro for RoguesIf you play a rogue, you I’m pretty sure you have at least one or two WoW macros already fit into your keybind. However, do you have the “I WIN Button” WoW rogue macro that fits to your spec? Well, if not, I’m going to point out two of them, one for Assassination and one for Subtlety.

So, here’s an excellent WoW rogue macro for the Assassination spec:

/cast Vendetta
/cast Cold Blood
/use 13

As you can see, this rogue macro will use two of the most important damaging cooldowns that you have on the Assassination spec. It will also use the trinket that you have in your 13 slot, so make sure it’s a damaging trinket and not the PvP trinket or a defensive trinket. Also, since you’re going to use your Cold Blood, which is going to make your next special ability a critical strike, it’s best to hit this WoW rogue macro when you have 5 combo points on the target, using your Envenom finishing move.

In case you want to use this macro in PvP, you can also add Combat Readiness to it, and hit it when you’re fighting another melee players.

For Subtlety, this is how a “burn” WoW rogue macro should look like:

/cast Shadow Dance
/use 13

Quite simple, I know, but there aren’t any other damaging cooldowns on this spec. In case you’re an orc or a troll, you can add Blood Fury or Berserking to it. Also, you can add Combat Readiness to this WoW rogue macro, and since Subtlety is the best PvP spec for a rogue, adding this ability will surely help, especially if you fight another melee class.

WoW Macro for MagesHave you ever looted the mobs in the battleground Alterac Valley? They drop a gray item called “Broken I.W.I.N. Button”.

Every time I got one of those, I liked to think a mage lost it. That’s because the WoW mage macro that I’m going to review here, is called the “I WIN” button by most of the frost mages.

It’s a very simple “burn” macro, that will pop all your damaging CDs, to obtain a damage burst. So, let’s take a look at this nice WoW mage macro for arena or PvP.

/cast Icy Veins
/cast Mirror Image
/use 13
/cast Frostbolt

As you can see, by a simple hit of this WoW mage macro, you will summon your clones, pop Icy Veins which will increase your casting speed, also pop your main damaging trinket and start castin Frostbolt at the same time. Once you finish casting the Frostbolt, you can continue shooting this spell by using this macro, or just press the key where you have your Frostbolt bound.

Now this macro is excellent to use for PvE as well, in case you play PvE as a frost mage. However, I recommend Arcane of Fire for PvE. Anyway, this WoW mage macro can be adapted for any spec. Just add to it Presence of Mind and Arcane Power and it should work. Even if you’re on a different spec, pushing this WoW mage macro containing all these abilities will only cast the ones that you have on the current spec.
